The Luxe District DMV was born from a shared family passion for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.
Founded by Visionary Director Imani Bryan, Director of Guest Experience Stephanie Stallings, and Director of Experience Design Nujoma Bryan, our venue stands as a symbol of creativity, community, and connection.
More than just an event space, The Luxe District is a place where elegance meets imagination. From weddings and quinceañeras to professional conferences, line-dancing groups, and family repasts — whatever the mind can imagine, we make it possible.
Meet The Team
Imani Bryan, Visionary Director
A nurse practitioner and lifelong creative, Imani Bryan has always believed that joy and healing intersect where people gather. Before founding The Luxe District, she organized large-scale events for the Baltimore City Health Department — including Juneteenth and Resiliency Festivals that welcomed more than 5,000 attendees — and curated unforgettable themed parties for her daughter, Brooklyn. Her eye for design and her commitment to excellence have shaped The Luxe District into a venue where every celebration feels personal, polished, and full of heart.
Stephanie Stallings, Director of Guest Experience
A retired educator with over 30 years of service, Stephanie brings warmth, empathy, and grace to every guest interaction. Often the first face you’ll see when touring our space, she ensures that every client feels at home the moment they step through our doors. Stephanie also leads partnerships with churches and funeral homes across the region, helping families honor their loved ones through thoughtful and compassionate repast experiences.
Nujoma Bryan, Director of Experience Design
With nearly 20 years in entertainment and event production, Nujoma infuses The Luxe District with creative energy and expertise. He has collaborated with some of the most recognized names in R&B and hip-hop — including Nipsey Hussle, French Montana, and Trey Songz — bringing the same level of professionalism and innovation to every Luxe event. From lighting to layout, he transforms our space into immersive experiences guests never forget.
Together, this trio unites hospitality, artistry, and vision to make The Luxe District DMV a cornerstone of community celebration — where memories are crafted with intention and every event tells a story.
